Trade shows are big business, not only for the convention center and show producer, but for the exhibiting businesses. The dilemma faced by many companies with small budgets is how to attract the attention of the attendee. It's easy for the exhibitor in a single 10x10 booth to become almost invisible on a show floor with 100 or more exhibit booths - one draped table, two chairs and a standardized cardboard sign doesn't attract attention. The best and ultimately least expensive way to stand out is with the use of graphics, both static and dynamic. We've all heard the saying, "a picture's worth a 1000 words" that stands true in trade shows.

Low Tech vs. High Tech

Small companies often look at the cost of the booth space on the show floor as their largest expense. For the maximum ROI from a tradeshow, the largest expense should be in what you do with your space. Very few decision making attendees are attracted to a person sitting behind a table with a stack of brochures and a bowl of hard candy and a cardboard sign. This is the 21st Century, it's time to incorporate some of today's technology....
