When you purchase a popup display for trade show display purposes, a big part of the cost is in the display graphics. Normally popup display graphics are designed to fit the popup display frame. They are held on with magnetic strips.
But often after several uses you will want to replace your popup graphics. They have become worn from repeated rolling and unrolling. Or perhaps they have even been damaged through mishandling or poor storage techniques. And of course you may just want new graphics to reflect new products or services.
Laminated popup graphics should always be stored flat if they are going to sit for any length of time between uses.
In other words, don't leave them for any length of time in the shipping case where they are rolled up tight. This will sometimes create problems such as leaving a permanent bend in them. Or perhaps the layers will start to separate. This is especially the case if the laminated popup graphics are kept in a hot area for any length of time. The adhesive between the layers will start to soften in the heat and the layers may gradually come apart.
Fortunately there are companies who specialize in replacement graphics for popup displays. Even if the company who originally produced your popup graphics is still around it may be worth getting a price on replacement graphics from a company that specializes in that product.
That's because many times a company that sells popup displays uses a third party to produce the graphics. So you may find that your original supplier will actually charge more for replacement popup graphics than a company that specializes in replacement graphics.
